Whipped Peanut Butter
I almost picked up a jar of this creamy stuff when I first saw it in the grocery store. It was on sale, and I am a sale addict. But logic won this argument and I left it behind due to low funds, and two almost full jars of regular peanut butter already at home.
I was pretty excited when I was contacted by Kraft to test out the product and write my opinion on it.
I got quite into it and started making peanut butter oatmeal cookies, something I've never tried. I had oven issues and burned them so my cookies were a big fat fail. The dough tasted pretty awesome though.
I definitely enjoyed it in other ways. They don't lie when they say it can be used as a dip.
I've dipped brownies, store-bought chocolate chip cookies, and crackers in it. My favorite is the cookies, I'm eating some now.
Basically it's a softer, lighter peanut butter and I am in love.
PS. My Mom is baking the leftover dough tonight to see if the second batch of cookies might be a success.
Disclosure: I received this Kraft product in exchange for doing this post. The opinions expressed are my own and are in no way influenced by the receipt of this product.
