I had the hardest time staying asleep last night. I was just restless, had a headache, and had some body aches. I finally just realized the reasoning behind the body aches - that long walk I went on with my mother yesterday. My legs were burning by the time I got home, but the weather was beautiful.
I've heard the weather is only going to get nicer as the weekend gets here. It's about time we see something similar to summer. I'm want to put away my winter jacket for good. I hope you guys are getting better weather.
There's something I've been really wanting to do. It's called a flip flop swap. You get paired up with someone else, find out their shoe size, buy a pair of flip flops in their size, and mail them out to each other. I saw it on another blog and immediately loved the idea. I can't remember which blog it was at this point. Like so many awesome things, it wasn't open to Canadian residents (like me), so I couldn't take part. I didn't forget about it though so I decided I wanted to host one of my own so Candians, and everyone else can all take part.
How it works:
1. You must be a follower
2. E-mail the following information to me (put Flip Flop Swap as your subject line), and I will match you with someone your information to them.

Include your mailing address if you feel comfortable, otherwise you will have to get in contact with your partner yourself through email.
3. I will try to pair people up as we go along, so you guys can find out your partner's size and start flip flop shopping. Expect to pay approximately $5-10, plus keep in mind the shipping. Also, they must be new.
4. The cut-off for signing up will be Friday, June 25th, and we'll set the shipping deadline for the 30th. Anyone not able to make the shipping deadline, just shoot me an email.
5. Please spread the word. The more people involved, the more fun it is.

Oh darn. I am already doing one...but if I wasn't..I would for sure have done yours. I love flip flops. My girls are doing one too so that is three pairs of flip flops leaving this house tomorrow actually. Hope you all have fun!
