"Your baby now weighs nearly 2 pounds/ 875 grams and measures 14.5 inches/ 36.6 centimetres from head to toe. She can now open and close her eyes, sleeps and wakes at regular intervals, and may suck a finger or thumb. Although they're still immature, your baby's lungs will function with some medical help." Although I haven't felt like I've grown much in the past month, the photos don't lie.
Month 4, 5 and 6
On June 7 we found out it's a girl!
June 15 was my 3rd doctor's appointment. I had my diabetes test and now weigh 119lbs.
Movement: Hers: Now that she's been moving for awhile, I don't notice it as much. And it seems that as soon as I do notice her moving, she stops as soon as I put my hand on my belly to feel. Still no crazy big kicks or anything, but she's definitely a mover.
Mine: Standing up is finally not as easy as it used to be. I had pretty bad back pain over the weekend which slowed me down a lot, then some leg pain right after that. Today it was some butt muscle pain. I feel like I'm in my 60s with all my on and off again pain.
Clothing: Absolutely none of my pre-pregnancy jeans or dress pants fit at all. I still fit in the ones Mom gave me, but the belt is a notch looser than when she first gave me the pants. My shirts mostly still fit, but I did finally buy a couple of maternity tank tops in anticipation of summer. But since nice weather is never going to get here, maybe I should've bought sweaters instead. I bought some shorts to get me through the summer. They're regular shorts, but 2-3 sizes bigger than usual. Haven't really been able to wear them yet since it feels like fall weather.
Sleep: I spent a week being sick and not being able to breathe through my nose, which got me back into the habit of sleeping on my back a lot. I still sleep on my side a lot as well, but if I roll over too fast I feel a little queasy for a few moments.
Eating: I still feel hungry at the drop of a hat. My appetite isn't anything crazy, but still more than before pregnancy of course. Every once in awhile I still get that 'really full' feeling, kind of like my belly took a growth spurt.
Baby Shower: I made and sent out all the invitations. I did decide to reveal the gender through the invitations.
Etc: I decided on a Super Mario / Princess Peach theme for the baby's bedroom. I've started making some of the wall decor myself and have looked into getting a quilt made.
So far we're still feeling pretty good. Still trying to think of names.

You need to put some weight on, that bump is going to get too heavy for you.
You have popped out this past month- although you can totally tell it's 100% baby!

You look fabulous. You're so small everywhere. Clearly you're taking very good care of yourself.
