I got an award the other day from Nicole J @ Knocked Up. I belive in linking back to people who give you awards, but I'm lazy when it come to following the other rules. So a big thanks to her for the award, but instead I'm going to give out my own award.

It's the Friendly Blogger Award.

This goes out to the bloggers who are always commenting on your blog, replying to your comments on their blog, sending you friendly emails. The bloggers who you love to talk to. Give it to as many bloggers as you want. If you meet someone new, give it to them to. It's to recognize those bloggers who are in it for the friendships, and not as much for the numbers, or the people who are just plain friendly. Spread the love.

Blog Award Time!

I got to work Friday morning to find a message from my favorite Purple Lady, telling me I had won an award! Which is always good to hear. Thanks a bunch! Now it is time to follow those rules, and pass it on.

Seven Things About Me:

1. I am 22, but constantly think in my head that I am already 23. That will be in less then 3 months!
2. The best times for thinking are when I'm walking on the beach, or swinging on swings, but there needs to be music!
3. I'm finally starting to really feel comfortable with everything about me.
4. I have a half brother and sister - they are 18 (almost 19) year old twins.
5. In a few more words, I was called 'annoying' and a 'nitwit' by some random person (who attacks anyone who says anything about The Bachelor's Vienna) on twitter because of this tweet of mine, which I just discovered yesterday. Yay for internet haters.
6. I love cafeteria pizza. Mrs. Vanelli's is a close alternative.
7. I'm currently working 6 days a week, at the job I love.

Lamp & Award

I am in a much better mood today, thanks for all the nice comments.

I am not joking when I saw that the highlight of my day today was buying a new lamp. It was such a hard choice, there were just so many nice ones (Wal-Mart, you rarely let me down). The one I got was $20, and is a touch lamp with 3 different light settings. I love it. See:

Isn't it cute? I also just started reading Shoe Addicts Anonymous today. Loving it so far. I finished Goodnight Nobody by Jennifer Weiner at work. My first of her books, and I am definitely a fan. Click the title to read my review.

I got my second blog award ever from Leigh Ashley yesterday. It sort of made my day.
