It's okay...
... to spend $20 on baby clothes at a second-hand store. I got 5 pairs of pjs and a pair of jeans for the same price I would've paid for 2 pairs of pjs brand new at a store.
... to not give a shit about Valentine's Day. I will not turn down chocolate, but I'm not sure I could ever sit through something like a candlelit dinner.
... to have written 'shirt' instead of 'shit' the first time around.
... to look forward to 'nap time' with every fiber of your being.
... to go grocery shopping hungry. In reality, if I go full I end up home with no groceries.
... to not know what diapers to buy, right? Please say I'm not the only one here. Cruisers, baby-dry, swaddlers? A box of 112 for this much money and a box of 120 diapers for this much money? No Name diapers for $10 cheaper, but 40 diapers less? I don't know what to do! I honestly have not gone out and bought diapers on my own since her first pack of newborn diapers.
... to feel a little sad every time your baby grows out of the next size of pjs. So long size 3 months.
